GoPro’s HD Surf HERO is the world’s only 1080p HD on-board video and still photo camera. Professional quality 1080p / 960p / 720p HD resolutions record at 30 and 60 frames per second (60 fps in 720p). Easily mounts to any surfboard in seconds. So light, even top pros claim they don't notice the camera on their boards.

Features

The HD Surf HERO can also shoot 5MP photos automatically every 2 seconds while you surf. With the simple press of the shutter button on the paddle out you can capture photos during your entire surf. Other photo modes include 5 / 10 / 30 / and 60 second time lapse as well as single shot, triple shot, and self timer modes.

The batteries last for over 2.5 hours of HD video or automatic photo taking, so you can document your entire surf with a single push of the shutter button on the paddle out.

The included adhesive base mounts in seconds and is proven in heavy surf from Hawaii to Tahiti, Southern Mexico to Northern California. Or you can install an FCS™ fin plug into the deck of your board and then use our patent pending camera mounting plug to allen key your HD Surf HERO into the FCS™ plug.

Lighten your load on your next trip and use the HD Surf HERO for your non-surf related photos and videos, too. Optional accessories make it easy to mount the camera on your wrist, bike, scooter, jet ski or helmet. Tow surfing? A chest harness is available for that, too.

Question: What programs or software do i need to view and edit my movies: Answer: There are several options, for just viewing your videos Quicktime is recomended or you can use Windows Media Player or Movie Maker you will need to download the latest HD-capable version and also download a H.264 decoder to update media player or movie maker. CoreCodec CoreAVC is one company that offers a codec pack for h.264.

For all Windows users we highly recommend Pinnacle Studio HD editing software which is compatible with the MP4 files, this software has very user friendly interface and allows you to burn your video straight to DVD or upload to You Tube. GoPro HD Wrist Housing
Allows you to wear your HD HERO camera on your wrist like a watch. Camera pivots upright to shoot videos or photos, but stays securely attached to your wrist even in this position. Fits over ski gloves and jackets, too.

The water housing is waterproof to 180'/60 meters.

The housing can also be strapped to gear such as kayak paddles and the leading edge of kitesurfing kites. This allows the kitesurfer to film their entire session looking down from above, as though they had a private helicopter camera crew following them while they surf.

The HD Wrist Housing has an adjustable neoprene strap that fits a range of sizes from a child's wrist to fitting over the ski jacket sleeve of an adult.

GoPro Neutral Density / Polarizer Filter

This little gem needs some explaining. Ever seen a GoPro video where the tyres are going backwards or where you see RC/helicopter blades as if they are standing still? Wouldn't it be nice to blur them? All you have to do is cut out some of the light to the lens and you'll get nice realistic blurred propellers, tyres, roads, etc. to give you a natural feel. This filter simply goes between the HD Hero camera lens and the underwater housing lens. But wait, there's more. It's also a polarizing filter making the sky deeper blue, removing water reflections and giving more vibrant colors all around.

This is a gun mount for the GoPro HD Hero camera. Can be used with airsoft, BB gun, paint ball, basically any gun that has a Picatinny / Weaver rail.
Can be used with GoPro pivot arms (not included) in order to get the exact angle you want.
Camera can face the user or face outwards towards the barrel.

Note: This is for guns with little or moderate recoil. Using on a gun with substancial recoil will cause the pivot points to slip no matter how much you tighten the thumbscrew.

It extends the camera out from the camera so you can see more of your surroundings instead of just your forehead. Now updated with pop rivets for extra twisting strength. NOT for underwater use because the aluminum ends would corrode and the tube is sealed making it bouyant.
Can also be used with other GoPro mounts that have little or no vibration.
