The new RAD Cam offers a fully intergrated helmet camera with true 1080 HD. Rad Cam offers features not yet seen in other on board cameras such as 4 x optical zoom (not functional in 1080p) add to this the audio input feature(intercom input) and adjustable volume, 40mm x 30mm LCD display screen for that perfect camera angle or playback in the field, Remote control and the ability to run from 12v power source or the internal Li-ion battery and you have the On Board camera system with the lot.

Question: How long does the internal battery last
Answer: The battery in the Rad Cam is a rechargable lithium and will last aprox 2.5hrs of continous recording. Each Rad Cam comes with 2 Batteries and a 240v charger and 12 volt charger wich can also power the camera if preffered.
Question: How long can I record for on the Rad Cam HD
Answer: The Rad Cam HD records to a SD card and can take up to a 32GB card. When filming in 1080p allow 4GB for 1 hour of filming Reducing the resolution to 720p or 848 x 480 will increase record times.
Question: What is the video resolution
Answer: The Rad Cam HD records in 3 different resolutions
1920 x 1080p @ 30fps with 120° field of view
1280 x 720p @ 30fps with 140º field of view
848 x 480 @ 60fps with 120º field of view
Question: What is the picture resolution
Answer: The Rad Cam HD can take stills at a resolution of 5mp (2592 x 1944) or 8mp (3200 x 2400)
