Shipping and Payment

Question: How will my Order be sent?
Answer: All orders within Australia receive Free Postage and are sent via Australia Post Express Service. Delivery normally takes between 1-3 days. Tracking numbers can be supplied upon request.
Question: Can you send my Order to a Post Office Box?
Answer: Yes, your Order can be sent to a Post Office Box.
Question: Do you ship Internationally?
Answer: Yes, we do ship internationally. All orders are sent via Registered Australia Post AirMail, and your order will take between 7 to 15 working days to arrive. International customers are responsible for any import duties and fees.
Question: How soon will I receive my item?
Answer: All items are in stock for immediate shipment. We will confirm a shipping date to you by email as soon as possible after receiving your order. In the unlikely event your order is delayed, we will keep you regularly informed of the progress.
Question: What payment methods do you accept?
Answer: We accept MasterCard, Visa, PayPal and Direct Bank Deposit.
Question: Can I place an order by phone?
